Managing an assisted living community is about far more than operations — it is about creating a safe, compassionate, and thriving home for our residents, and genuine peace of mind for their families. As Administrator of Charlton Manor Rest Home, that is the standard I hold myself and our team to every single day.

My role touches every corner of life at the Manor. I lead our dedicated staff with compassion, integrity, and respect, and I work hard to recruit, train, and empower a team that shares our culture of warmth and collaboration. I oversee our daily operations — from safety and security to health and wellness, activities and engagement, dining and nutrition, housekeeping, and regulatory compliance — so that residents and families never have to worry about the details. Behind the scenes, I also manage our budgets carefully, controlling costs and ensuring the long-term sustainability that has kept Charlton Manor a trusted name since 1962.

What I value most, though, is communication. I keep an open door for residents, families, staff, and partners alike, because exceptional care begins with truly listening. Every resident here is treated with dignity, given personalized attention, and encouraged to remain as independent as possible — that is the heart of what we do.

My goal is simple: to enhance the quality of life of every resident while building a strong, compassionate, and successful community. Our mission at Charlton Manor is to provide exceptional care, promote independence, and create a place residents are proud to call home — and I am honored to help bring that mission to life each day.
